    I just wanted to say that I followed the 8 steps & was successful in elliminating the win\32heur virus on my computer. I'm totally impressed, & wish to thank this forum for being there. It is very comforting knowing that this forum exists, & more likely than not, that you will find a solution to whatever computer problem that may arise. Thank you!
