FeForce 4 Graphics card fan is all mucked up and after cleaning its still noisey

Could I just leave it off and put a fan exhaust below to suck the warm air away?

I've heard about norbright or something? for use instead of a fan... i'm from the UK so where could I get this from?

Norbright seems to be more suited for cats and dogs, rather than PCs.
Have a look at these for a reference:

I'm sure some dealer in the UK will have a replacement fan.
The 40mm fan alone should also be available from the likes of Maplin, I guess.
You'd risk the graphics chip without a fan or one that is too far away.
