Firefox 4 beta 4 now available for download

  1. The fourth beta of Firefox 4 was originally scheduled for a release late last week on August 20, but a few "blocker" bugs kept the team from releasing it on that day. Now, after a further delay yesterday the program is finally available in over 30 languages for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems.

    Turning the plugin compatibility check off doesn't seem to work, and didn't work with 4 beta 3 either. Then I'm told they're going to automatically download updates to the browser itself whether you want them or not. Not working. I rely on AdBlock Plus to keep my computers free of adware. Linux anyone?
