First Build Bios setup help

I just need help in setting up the bios, overclocking isnt important at the moment but getting the system up and running as it should do is the main aim of this request for assistance.

I currently run a P-35 system that was pre built and pre overclocked. i thought it was about time i build my own, so if anyone could help id be very greatful....

Just set the bios to the Optimal Defaults and leave it there. You can always go back and play with the settings later...
