Flash disc error

I get the following error immediately after I "safely remove hardware" - the hardware either a 8GB flash pen drive, or my SD card + reader.

Possible causes / solution?

TinyPic™ is a photo and video sharing service that lets you easily upload, link, and share your images and videos on MySpace, eBay, Orkut Scrapbooks, blogs, and message boards. Perhaps you are using a photo program that you have allowed to search your flash drive on the assumption you may have photos to be downloaded. Perhaps TinyPic was placed on your flash drive for a fee, giving you a lower price on the flash drive.
 
Then I would use a simple registry editor such as RegCleaner, to see how it rests in the registry.
Or use CCleaner or other registry editor or spyware editor to remove it. The notice is on your computer, most likely, not the flash drive.
