Frequent Fps drop in Lol

I play LoL on my g/f's laptop. Its hd4300 or something like that Average 20 fps and it drops even lower sometimes.

You are also correct about finding the 9100(M). That was all I could see as well.

Well, HD4000 graphics dont have dedicated VRAM, so that is the main reason. The 9100 he has does, so that will help.

Ya it seems that it runs well around 30 fps for me(it goes to 60 then drops when I dont run camtasia)
ususally only drops once per game then.

Not sure how that would be related to LoL, you may be imaging that since you have been having problems with LoL, and just didnt notice it before then.
