GF100 hardware canuks review

HC is usually pretty straight up. Here's a few more- Anand's usually reserved til the final product hits the review bench, Hilbert over at Guru3D gets excited over any new tech, Kyle at [H] seems to be on an nVidia bashing of late, and TPU are their usual "Just-the-facts-ma'am" approach- probably a good spread of reaction from the whitepaper and briefing. IF the benchmark's for FC2 are accurate (the same one's that PC Per accidentally released yesterday before they got pulled ?) then the Unigine Heaven benchmark should make HD 5870 owners cry.

Interesting that the FC2 bench showed the % gap between the GF100 and the (simulated) HD 5870 widening from the 1920x1080 to 2560x1600 screen resolution (31% to 38%). If the FPS penalty hit is negligable at 8xMSAA and 32xCSAA (as stated in the whitepaper) then those benches could be very interesting.
Also sounds like nVidia will probably be giving away their Veyron ray tracing benchmark with the cards- would make sense as ATI cards couldn't run it at a fraction of the nV product-if at all in some cases. Seems like their acquisition of RayScale eighteen months ago might be bearing some fruit.
