Google launches Cloud Print beta for Google Docs, Gmail

  1. Google Cloud Print allows printing from any app on any device, operating system, or browser without the need to install any software, or so Google claims (see below). The service, which just launched as a beta, lets you send documents to any Internet-connected printer anywhere in the world. The beta is available for mobile documents and Gmail for mobile, and will be rolling out in US English over the next few days.

    Followed directions and looked through FAQ. Cant seem to get a test page to print. Maybe it makes a difference if its a network printer or local printer?

    Also, I am running Android 2.2 on my phone and I cannot find the print option in Gmail.

    I'm not too sure what I am doing wrong. Any pointers guys?

    It's still rolling out, could simply be that your Gmail doesn't have the option yet.
