Inactive Google Redierct, BSOD, screen going blank while system is still running, mouse freezing on screen

No it does not stay stable at all. Everything is random. I want desperately to give you something to go off of but it's not logical. There is no specific action that I am repeating that causes any specific issue. I'm so helpless ;( *tear*

Download and install System Information for Windows
Run the program.
After it scans your computer, navigate to Hardware>Sensors and post all info from there.

When you click on my download link you'll download siw-setup.exe file.
Double click on it to install the program.

I've been got! When I downloaded I ran the file, it installed all these programs I didn't ask for. Then of course my computer didn;t want to work properly again. I believe I am as infected as ever. I finally got the download you were asking me for but I still can't paste a screenshot. If the system doesn;t cut off again I will type and post all the details.

Those temperatures look good.

Please give me more details about your current issues.

I am so screwed. I could just die. Now MSE is telling me I'm at risk (a symptom previously noted but I haven't seen the issue in at least two weeks). Only thing is that it won't let me enable it again and everything is grayed out where it wasn't previously (update, history, settings all grayed). "Couldn't start the Microsoft Securotu Essentials service. Cannot find file specified. Click Help for more information about the problem. Error code: 0x80070002."

OK. I need you to calm down and list all current issue.
I'm not there so I can't see what's going on.
Is malfunctioning MSE the only issue?

Okay, so let me be more specific. What happened when I attempted to download that last link you sent me was I was in Firefox and once I clciked the link to download FF open a downloads window and downloaded. My mistake was not saving to my desktop. So when I clicked the download in the new FF download window, it began installing other software, Uniblue software. It took me a while to figure out why I wasn't getting the screen you described and this is why. So promptly after my mouse froze. I tried restarting and the green bars that went across my screen was Windows loads kept freezing and I yhad to keep restartng. After about once or twice doing this when I did a hard reboot, the computer would shut off immediately after I attempt to turn it on again. I had to unplug and yank the battery (this is a bit of a fib since my battery died months ago). Basically I unplugged my laptop from the power cord and waited and reentered my the date and time and rebooted. Sometimes it froze at the Windows screen, sometimes it would cut off immediately before it got that far, and sometimes, I would get to my desktop but the mouse would freeze.

Sorry to overload you with responses and my apologies for the typos. I barely proofread for fear the system will cut off again. Please let me know if I'm not making sense.

What you're describing is definitely not malware related.
At this point your computer should be fairly clean.
I see all this as possibly hardware related but I can't be 100% sure.

In any case...
In this forum, we make sure, your computer is free of malware and your computer is clean :)
Because the access to malware forum is very limited, your best option is to create new topic about your current issue, at Windows section.
You'll get more attention.

See, I thought it would be because of the way I was tricked into installing software that I didn't want. I suspect maybe that malware casued the other issues on my system although that may not be the root inssue anymore at this point. With your approval I am going to redo all of the steps we went through to remove what I would think is a recent round of malware. Afterwhich I will go away to another forum. I am doubting there is help for me anywhere at this point. *deep breath* I have been at this for about a month.

You don't think that malware caused me to download uniblue software instead of the recent file you wanted me to install?

Alright then. Thank you anyway for your time. You're appreciated.
