hi all my partner has an acer laptop and its getting so many errors when turn it on windows delayed write failed failed to saveall the components for the file // system32//00004190 the file is corrupted or unreadable this error may be caused by a pc hardware problem ..so from this i understand its got a maleware virus etc i think .. should i reformatt it or is there way to fix it please help

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.

hi i will do that gladly but just wanna say i trying to reformat as best option but when i put window7 disc in laptop will not boot the disc can you help
