Inactive Has my computer been infected?

Hi,

Yesterday I clicked on an infected webpage and AVG blocked 3 threats. I then immediately ran a system scan and AVG found and healed 1 case of Win32/Zbot.g. Having read about this on these forums, this seems pretty serious but my computer has not been showing obvious signs of infection apart from repeatedly asking for user account control to access the Windows Command Processor (so there is clearly something still wrong). I've run the preliminary scans recommended and will post the results. Can anyone guide me through the next stages?
