Help Needed for Winsock Error

I Have windows xp pro installed with sp2 and am not able to get connect to internet either through wired or wireless connection.

error i'm getting is
" Not all base service provider entries could be found in the winsock catalog. A reset is needed."

I had run the hijackthis and the report is attached.

I have tried LSPFIX, WinsockXpfix, Xptcprep. but it did not solved this problem.

I would go into add remove programs go to windows components uninstall everything network related and reboot and re-install such components see if that might help solve your problem. I haven't looked directly into your specific error thats just simply the first thing I would try.

Without even considering malware, I see two potential areas of a problem:

Check all you settings for this program:
C:\GV800\GV800.exe
C:\GV800\BcastTcp.exe
C:\GV800\DmHealthSvr.exe
C:\GV800\DMMailServer.exe

It's entirely possibly that you have locked yourself out!

Also, I don't see much in the way of Services running (023) No indication of those Services needed when running a network.

Between the security being too high and the lack of necessary Services running, that points right to the problem.
