Help Needed, Physical Memory Dump??

i am getting blue screen when i start my pc and have to shut it down. but when i run in safe mode everything is fine. i run virus scan and everything but no succes rightnow i am in safe mode. here is error detials -

1 A PROBLEM HAS BEEN DETECTED AND WINDOWS HAS BEEN SHUTDOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

IF PROBLEMS CONTINUE DISABLE OR REMOVE ANY NEWLY INSTALLED HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE.

What are your system specs?

Did you do anything different before you had these problems, like installing/uninstalling a program, updating a driver, or installing new hardware?
The more information you provide the easier it is to find the problem.

i unistall mcfee security and install kaspery internet security. nothing special changes. but my internet stoped working then i restart then i got this problem.

i am using window media center. dell computer.
