Help with Asus My Cinema P7131

hi all!! i need help with my new ASUS My Cinema P7131 tv tunner card.
i have windows 7 ultimate and the tv tunner software still crashes my windows all the time.


..it freeze my windows and reeboot the windows.

Have you looked on Asus' website for updated software/driver? Are you using a driver from a CD or one that windows automatically installed?
