Help with bc codes

    I have windows xp service pack3. I receive the following message:

    Can someone tell me what is bc codes and dumps?

    After using my computer for about 15-20 mins.it reboots itself. I wasn't using the internet.

    Looks like Video card Driver (Make sure it's updated)
    Or the Video card itself

    You could also run Memtest on your Ram

    Thanks for the reply. I thought it was the driver. I've been trying to update the driver but once I'm on the internet the system crashes and I haven't enough time to update the driver. I'm open to any ideas?

    Uninstall the on-board vid drivers from Add/Remove.

    Reboot. You'll run vga drivers (BIG LETTERS).

    Get new drivers - create a Desktop folder and download them there so you can find them.
