Help with bc codes

  1. I have windows xp service pack3. I receive the following message:
    bcp1:820bea58 bcp2:82088be8 bcp3:82282108 bcp4:00000001 osver:5.1.2600

    Can someone tell me what is bc codes and dumps?

    After using my computer for about 15-20 mins.it reboots itself. I wasn't using the internet.

    I read the suggested material. I'm still having problems with the computer.

    Looks like Video card Driver (Make sure it's updated)
    Or the Video card itself

    You could also run Memtest on your Ram

    Thanks for the reply. I thought it was the driver. I've been trying to update the driver but once I'm on the internet the system crashes and I haven't enough time to update the driver. I'm open to any ideas?

    Uninstall the on-board vid drivers from Add/Remove.

    Reboot. You'll run vga drivers (BIG LETTERS).

    Get new drivers - create a Desktop folder and download them there so you can find them.
