Help with BSOD (page fault)

Hi all,
my pc has been running perfectly for a few months but decided to give me 3 or 4 bsods until I reset cmos.

The cpu was overclocked but stress tested at length and as I mentioned been running perfectly for months.

Anyway, if anyone has any idea what the following error code means I'd be grateful! If its my overclock then fair enough, I can drop back a bit on that easily enough.

I've attached the dmp files as I have no clue how to get the info from these files!

Also here is one of the popup box codes I got after rebooting.

I also noticed, having examined the Vista event manager that there had been some errors caused by superantispyware at the times of the crashes.. Not sure now if these might be the culprit or my overclock but might get rid of superantispyware anyway and see if I can run my oc again..

Any advice on my error would be much appreciated.
