Total for all that is $812

To use up all your money you could get the e6700 but its really not worth the $200 more for 200 mhz

Or you could get faster memory then what I reccomended, however there isnt much if any of a noticable performance increase....

Take the extra $200 and buy a slick case or a water cooling kit or somthing....IDK

Where are you situated? That would enable me to get you a combo from an appropriate store.

    Just mobo /ram/cpu

no Power supply ? Video card? Hard drives?

I would recommend what simshady suggested. but instead a E6300 1.8Ghz and overclock the **** outta it with watercooling. then upgrade with a higher line core 2 duo , most of them are getting a 40% price cuts in april-ish(?).
