Help with music downloads on my wife's MP3

Bought my wife a Sylvinia SMPK4068, 4gig MP3 player. My son has a zune and an account. He was able to download to an OPEL RCA MP3 player with no problems from the zune site. However when we try to down load to the Sylvinia it states it's a bad file type or can't download subscription. This is a plug and play device with an disc included for conversion of AVI files. Any suggestions? Like all the options of this unit for the price just the problems with downloads from the zune site.

I thought that site was strictly for zune users, as I own one myself, i know you cant go hooking an ipod up to it either.

Thanks. We can download purchased music but the free music we download to the computer will not sync with the devide. Can't drop, drag, or copy or paste those files.
