Help with my P4 2.4 Ghz

  1. f20c1 Newcomer, in training

    When i right click on my computer and go to properties it says i have a P4 2.4 Ghz then below it, it says i'm running at 1.8Ghz. What's going on, how can i fix this?

    P.S. fist time poster on techspot, hope to learn a lot from you guys thanks for the help in advance

    Your FSB is running at 100 (ie. 400) MHz, when it should be 133 (533). That's what causes that.

    2400 / 133 = 18 ,

    18 * 100 = 1800.
