High ping - only in games?

Hello everyone,

So, my problem is that I get pings of around 400ms when trying to play games online. I don't have this problem on my Laptop but got a new PC a few days ago and I have had the problem since I got that.

Here are my speedtest results:

I tried with both my windows firewall on and off and that didn't solve the problem. Also, I am using windows 8. Anyone have any ideas?​

What games are you trying to play?

It might be that it's simply that your connecting to the wrong servers on your games (playing with people far away and such)
