Hijacked search results in IE and FFox

I am having my search results randomly redirected to rogue search engines in both ie and mozilla.

i am running spybot and avg a second time. First run found issues.

I ran ComboFix, it found issues but my searchs are still screwed.

I attached combofix and hjt logs.

I am running RootKitRevealer but I am not sure what to do w/ the results? Do I have to manually delete all the findings in the registry....can i assume that all findings are "positives"?
