Hijackthis log attached. Any Suggestions?

I think I may have a hijacked browser. I had a problem with a CWS trojan earlier in the year, but I haven't had a problem since then. What's odd is that it only seems to hijack the browser occasionally. I've tried Spybot, AOL Spyware Protection, I have Stopzilla running as well as BHO Demon. I'm attaching my hijackthis log, any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!
