    hi there, i had some problems a while back on my pc and after some kind people from here helped me, my system was clean and still is :)

    Im on my parents computer at the moment and they've been having a few problems, and have asked me to fix it, im really not qualified to, any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
