hi can some1 please help me remove some ad-spyware i have scanned with hjt here is my log

I'm not surprised!
You don't even have any AntiVirus program running, and you have a minimal XP installation. That is plain stupid in this day and age!

Go here first

Then get the free AVG from http://free.grisoft.com and install it.
Then install XP SP1 at least, better is SP2 (includes SP1).

If you still have problems, post a fresh HJT-log.
Don't bother coming back, if you have not installed an AV and an XP Service Pack.

installed avg and discovered my pc is full of trojans,i have only just installed xp after a format so how is this possible,will formating again remove all trojans and spy/adware also i cant enable windows update ,i have all my drivers etc so dont mind formatting again if this is the easiest/safest option

If you have a CD burner or extra partition/harddisk, copy AVG install to it.
Also get Firefox from www.getfirefox.com and the free Sygate firewall from http://soho.sygate.com. Copy them over as well.
Get XP SP1a (as M$ calls it now) from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/sp1/default.mspx
Get the 134mb Network Installation and copy that over as well.
Or better SP2, which includes SP1.

This one is about 260mb. Also freely available on CD from MS or borrow it from someone else. If download, copy also to CD/HD.

Then disconnect the PC from the internet, and reinstall XP, (using the format partition option).
Then install (in this order) the motherboard-drivers, graphics drivers, other drivers you need, SP1 or SP2, Firefox, AVG (do not yet update), Sygate.
Only now connect the cable for the internet again. Run AVG and do an update of virus-definitions. Do a full scan of the PC.
