How do I disable real time monitoring program and uninstall FileSharing P2P programs?

    i did the "UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions"-given to me from 'julio'-

    on step #3-how do i
    -'Temporarily Disable Real Time Monitoring Programs' and then
    -'Uninstall File Sharing/P2P Programs'

    Well if it is not using the Windows Installer which typically these type programs would not!

    Then boot to Safe Mode (no protections or realtime) and uninstall away!

    Other than that what Realtime programs are you speaking of?

    All the above is correct. You can also go to MSCONFIG and disable from there.
