How to Send Scheduled and Recurring E-mails

I need to send scheduled and recurring emails every Tuesday to about 20 people at my work place. I would like to know if there is an application or something that allows me to send the same message on the same day at the same time to these 20 colleagues, at least for 3 months. My email is from Yahoo.

I would really like to read your opinions and advice, my friends. Thanks.

All depends. I'm not using Microsoft Exchange Server, but would get a book on it to see the means of filtering emails --

Using a good Email Client program like Thunderbird on your PC, it should be possible to arrange the filters such that for every received email:

1. you could forward it to a list of recipients,
2. and move from the inbox to some other folder (eg: my email) to stop further processing.

Just type "MAIL SCHEDULER" in google (preferably followed by your native Email) and download/run any of the many extensions you deem fit for your use.
