I have a HP Pavillion A6325.uk - I think it needs a new hard disk - Whilst I was doing this I was going to upgrade the OS to win 7. I check on the HP site are there are no win 7 drivers listed. Does this mean it will not work ? - or all the drivers will be on the win 7 disk ?

Would I best getting the 32 bit or 64 bit version of win 7 ?

I would run this before doing anything: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=20

Most drivers should be fine via the CD, or via Microsoft Update, but it is often helpful to have drivers available from your manufacturer. They may exist elsewhere though.

If it comes with the same 3GB RAM it shipped with, then use 32bit Windows 7. For home usage, you only need 64bit really for when your using 4GB or more of RAM, and are using intensive tasks like video editing and would benefit from using 64bit software.
