I have an HP laptop, got it 2nd hand when it was an 8.1, its now a W10. For reasons unknown to me I typed my PIN CODE in but it said incorrect code . I ended up using a USB keyboard to log in ,pin code was correct. NO NumLock key, google said use "insert " , still did not work so I reset it to factory, still need usb keyboard, any idea what to do to solve this? TIA
