HP ZE5400 Notebook Bios Password

Hy, I have now spend more then 20 hours searching for a solution to reset my bios password. I forgot the password as it my old laptop and I need to login to bios to adjust few things. First thing I did was pulling out the cmos battery, the date and time is reset but bios password survives. I tried unlock 6 based on my system hash code 03377 with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestion what else could I do ?

There is a password that cannot be reset by normal means built into the CMOS as an anti-theft measure. There are options on how to reset this password but it is tricky. The best thing you can do is to contact HP support to get it reset.
