I am having problems getting rid of the above, I have tried the usual, Ad-aware, Spybot and Microsoft Antispyware, all with latest updates and none has shifted the problem.
Below is copy of Hijackthis log, has anyone any advise as to which items are the source of the problem.

Always install HijackThis in a directory like C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT in Temp and NOT on the Desktop!
Do the above first!

Boot in Safe Mode.
Switch System restore OFF.
Press Ctrl/Alt/Del simultaneously, select Taskmanager/Processes, select the process (if there), click "End Process" for:
rrct.exe

Next, run a HJT scan and place a tick-mark in the little square before (if still there):

Now click on the Fix Checked button in HJT.
When done, from between the dotted lines, delete the highlighted bold files.

Delete all files and directories from: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp
Repeat this for ALL [usernames].
Boot normal. When all OK, switch System Restore back on.

and stop using IE !
