I cannot remove trojan vundo

I have been running spyware doctor and the trojan vundo virus keeps showing up. I have run that adaware, advast, vundofix, and fixvundo. I cant seem to get rid of it. I try to go to different websites and i keep getting pop ups and some sites will not load. PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for responding, Here are the results from when I did the 8 steps. I am sure there is a lot that needs to be taken care of but I have no idea how. I actually just tried to attached the text results but it would not let me for I have already attached them in a different post called, " I did the 8 steps, here are my results"
