  1. My computer kept turning itself off a few days ago, it happened every time i tried to open explorer. this problem got worse until it wouldnt even boot up. I tried reformatting my hard drive and loading ep pro back on but about half way through it says unable to load dll files. it gives the option to skip and continue or quit so i skiped the first one and it seems its unable to load any dll files! what do I have to do? and what are dll files? Please help!!

Your CD is probably dirty (even fingerprints are enough to stop an installation) or damaged. Clean it with a soft, lint-free cloth, moving that cloth in gentle, circular motion.
DLL files are part of Windows, and are an absolute must. If any one is missing or won't install, you're in trouble!
