I got lag with like all games (got a good gaming pc see post for specs)

Hey if im starting up a game and i go play it i can normaly play like 5 min before it happends. All of a sudden i get lag burst's every min (like 6 sec 1 fps from the one min.) I realy dont know how it come's i got a good pc, I will link the specs. (All are updated).

Nop dont work i download new firewall virus scaner mall ware scaner spyware scaner still it dosent work realy strange because if i go on a less pc i got no lag but like 10 fps so what can it be than

I would suggest the MCP temp is too high - put a cooler on it.
