Inactive I have some weird virus

Hi.
Yesterday when I booted up my pc I was greeted by some chinese/japanese/korean text, I found out I have this thing called TACHYON Internet Security, no idea how it got in my pc, no idea how to get rid of it as its running, cant end the task in task manager, cant delete its files.
I also noticed I have this weird folder named !@YLDL in both my drives, its a hidden folder, if I delete it the taskbar disappears for a little bit, the desktop background goes black, and all folders close, basically same if I end File Explorer task in task manager. ive never seen the folder before, think its also a part of the virus as in it are some files and one of them is in chinese/japanese/korean language all the others are yldl.___ one of the yldl. files is .png but I cant open it to see because "the file type isnt supported".
Malwarebytes cant find anything either so im worried I have to format my drives and reinstall windows, if anybody knows how to get rid of this then please, HELP ME!
