    Hi all,

Here's my problem: When I am playing music and gifs are moving on my screen at the same time, I hear static roughly corresponding to the movement.

    CPU: 1000 MHz AMD Athlon
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-7ZX 1.0
    Video: NVIDIA GeForce2 MX
Sound: Creative SB PCI128 (WDM) (Oddly, the sound card is always listed twice in reports - like the results of Belarc Advisor.)

This motherboard has Creative onboard sound that I have turned off in the BIOS, but appears to be enabled in my Belarc report.

I would sure appreciate help with this.

    Thx,
    RJohnson

Check and see if your sound card and video are on the same IRQ. Its very common. If they are just move the sound card to another slot. Also look for updated sound drivers.
