i ran PSI and it did find programmes which were out dated, it seems to take my computer a long time to remove them and sometimes crashes.

The image error still pops up when i run a programme? I am about to defrag the computer

    When does it happen?
    What program(s) is involved?
    What is the exact message?

The error message comes up as soon as you click on the programme to run, such as Secunia PSI and Football Manager(game).

The error message is the same everytime:

The application or DLL c:windows\system32\CLBCATQ.DLL is not a valid windoes image. please check this against your installation
