  1. I am trying to config IIS FTP and I am trying it but not anything is working.

    How do I set it up?

    I have it install but trying using it on my other computer I cannot login.

    How do you set Permissions?

    Thanks

    If your hit-rates are low and the ftp usage is likewise, then the consolidated
    IIS+FTPd will be fine. However, if it's a public site with major activity, you
    would be better served by segregating the FTPd from your IIS.

    For workload planning and administration, at least give each their own URL,
    eg www.yourdomain.com vs ftp.yourdomain.com which will allow you to
    control the routes to them. Initially, they can both be pointed to the same
    host, and when the workload requires, you can then route them to different hosts.

    BE ABSOLUTELY certain that the FTPd root is not within the IIS root;
    they should be peer level directories.
