Inactive I need help removing the fbi svchost.exe dcomlaunch virus

I was trying to watch a video and a second screen popped up and now that FBI ransom keeps showing up im fast enough to stop the program so I can stay on my normal mode but my attempts to clear it out have been useless its almost been locked down and I cannot disable the dcom launch through task manager pc has been lagging alot and my physical memory is at like %70 and I have 750 gigabytes I know quite a bit about computers but im nothing compared to a professional I don't remember how to get to my logs ill need the file location or ill be digging for a while I hope you guys can help
