Go to the manufacturers website of your comp (for example if u have a dell go to Http://dell.com) and click on drivers. You should be able to do a search for your comp and get the audio/sound drivers you need

ok so the next question is what brand of computer is it? A dell? Emachines? HP?
What ever it is go to the manufacturers website and download the latest drivers

I dont kno if I'm the one misunderstanding or what?
