    hopefully, these will actually be priced decently in notebooks. a8 chips should cost like 475, not 550. a6 chips should cost 375, not 450. a4 chips? 330ish?

    they arent very expensive to produce, are they?
  3. I would suspect cost was high because of low yields from GlobalFoundries; GF was just making too many bad chips so that waist was transferred to customers?

    IBM is a great company, not a bad choice on amd's part
