Iexplore.exe always running

There is like 2 or 3 iexplore.exe's running all the time on my computer and they won't go away. I've read a bunch on the issue and have tried what others have tried but it doesn't seem to have fixed mine. Here is my HiJack log file:

Also i didnt see any mention of any antivirus software in you log, do you have it or a firewall?

Yeah I have a firewall, no antivirus though. I just use ad-aware and spybot.

Is it the windows one?

I would get an antivirus and a seperate firewall.
