[Inactive] Iexplore.exe keeps trying to start

    As the title suggest, everytime I boot my computer, Windows will ask me if I really want to open an unknown program (iexplore.exe) and of course I clicked cancel. But there always seem to have the process running which lags my computer alot. And of course, I always have to end it.

    I'm using Windows XP

    Here's a snapshot of iexplore.exe entries in msconfig after being deleted several times
