Infected by PC-Antispyware

Please help! PC-Antispyware is driving me crazy. I keep getting pop-ups and this Security System Protection warning that eventually leads me back to the software homepage.
I ran McAfee and spybot but nothing works. I saw a previous post about HijackThis and I downloaded the program but I'm not exactly sure what to do after that. I'm attaching the log on this post so could someone loook it over for me?

You have several supsicious entries in the log

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [epaxiwjo] C:\ProgramData\epaxiwjo\ohcvofev.exe

Check these off in HijackThis and scan again. If it still doesn't work download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, install it, update it, and then run it. You may have to run it twice on a full system scan to remove it

They also have a good program called RogueRemover Free under their products listing, as well as FileASSASSIN. RogueRemover targets PC AnitSpyware and others
