Infected with Sirefef and Win64/Patched.A.Gen - problem

    Hello. I have C:\Windows\System32\services.exe infected with Win64/Patched.A.Gen trojan and C:\Windows\Assembly\GAC32\desktop.ini infected with Sirefef.EZ. trojan. I have no idea where else it might have hit. I cannot clean them or remove them with NOD32.
    Some help please?

    Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
    Attached logs won't be reviewed.

    Please, observe following rules:

    • If you're stuck, or you're not sure about certain step, always ask before doing anything else.

    • Keep updating me regarding your computer behavior, good, or bad.
    • The cleaning process, once started, has to be completed. Even if your computer appears to act better, it may still be infected. Once the computer is totally clean, I'll certainly let you know.

    Ok, replaced the services.exe from a different clean installation of windows 7 on another hdd in the same computer, scanned it again, with 3 different programs, run combofix, no infection found, plus my firewall is active again.
