Resolved Internet Explorer not working and need serious help

I noticed a few people have had the same problem I have had but I have done everything I can and now I am asking for help. I downloaded HijackThis and this is what the results were. Can anyone explain them to me PLEASE?????

There isn't enough information to check anything. Only part of the HijackThis log is showing. But we don't use that to screen for problems. And you used an outdated version so it should be uninstalled.

Please tell me what you mean by IE isn't working. What is it doing or not doing? Once I know that, I can either have you go ahead with the preliminary malware cleaning or check for a system problem.
