Invincible file -- can't delete it!

By BlackScarlet

  1. There is a file on my computer, an mp3 I downloaded, that isn't an mp3. It says it's an mp3 but it won't play, and I discovered that when I select the file and press delete on the keyboard, the cursor blinks but nothing happens. There are no right click context menus available for it. When I try to delete the folder it says 'Contains items whose name is too long for the recycle bin, do you want to permanently delete it?' and I say yes, and it says 'Cannot delete, access is denied.'
I am administrator, I do not know how to get rid of this file. Deleting in safe mode does not work. MoveOnBoot doesn't work. I don't know what it is or what else to do!
