Invisible audio spyware?

so ever since a relative used my computer, it has problems.

i got rid of most spyware but i get invisible (dont kno where its coming from) audio.
it says "congratulations youve won a nintendo wii" or "u won a 1000 dollar gift card to wallmart" or "youve won an apple ipod" happens randomly. also i get random pop ups on explorer, even though i use firefox. and everything has been noticeably slower (boot up).

ive tried spybotsearch+destroy, ad-aware, bazooka.
i have a combo fix log if that helps.
does this sound familiar to anyone?

Do the following;

To use RIES in Internet Explorer 7, follow these steps:

1. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
2. On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
3. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
4. When Internet Explorer 7 finishes restoring the default settings, click Close, and then click OK two times.
5. Close Internet Explorer 7. The changes take effect the next time that you open Internet Explorer 7.
Note: If you cannot start Internet Explorer 7 for some reason, use RIES from Internet Options in Control Panel.
Update, scan, and apply Immunization in Spybot S&D, remove what ever is found.

so the audio is gone thx!

but my computer still seems slower than it use to be (before my relative put a bunch of spyware on it)

sometimes right click on my display doesnt work

videos on youtube n such laggs (videos dont play smoothly anymore)

cpu usage fluctuates from 30-50% .. (sometimes goes to 2-3)

i cant even play video games cause it laggs.

do you know whats going on or where i should go to?

If you got spyware please read the sticky for basic removal advice. After you done that, post some logs to let us see if your system is indeed clean or needs further attention.
