Is my system running to hot? Real Temp reports that the CPU temp is around 55-60c. When i run games its around 60-68c. Is this to hot? Its still only the stock Intel fan installed. I have purchased a Artic Freezer Pro 7 is this any good and how mutch will it reduce my temp? My specs E8500 3.17Ghz, ASUS P5N32E-SLI, ASUS EN9600GT, 4Gb DDR2 667Mhz

Have a look at ArcticSilver Instructions

Also use isoprophyl alcohol to clean the CPU first

Yes it looks a little hot, by about 10 degrees)

the freezer pro is great and the stock intel sink sucks you should see about a 20c drop because mine runs like 35c and in the 40s under load with the freezer pro.
