I have a brand new sony vaio with windows xp media center. 3.0 ghz multiprocessor PC and a gig of ram. My problem is that when I get to the Welcome screen right after windows xp loads up it hangs there for about 10 seconds after the start up sound. A few other problems are the control panel I click on it and its blank about 5 seconds later either a flash light shows it's loading or it jsut loads altogether. My main concern is the task bar, in the right corner where you can see certain icons of running programs, that just freezes sometimes, like the arrow to click to expand it dissapears and turns the color of the taskbar, sorry if this is confusing, but any help is much much appreciated, if you need more info just ask.
