What i Have Tried

I Have Downgraded To windows XPSP2 (The Same Problems)
i Have made a new Setup vista (same)
i have installed all the drivers again (same)
i have tried to operate my laptop without using peripheral such as (printer, mouse, extern disk, usb hub, wireless keybord+mouse, cooler)
i have tried to disable modem, bluetooth, lan, pcmcia, and card reader(same)
I Have contacted AMI For an Bios Upgrade , but there is no Bios Upgrade for this motherbord.
I Have e-mailed my resseller for this problem and informed me that there is no problem with this motherboard and doesnt need bios upgrade.
Next Day
I Have made A Full Check With Tune UP Utilities (everything ok)
Defragment of all disks is ok
I Made THE MEMTEST WITH 12 PASS NO errors at all
virus check online (COMPLETED) with no virus
spybot search and destroy finished with no problems....
Running Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostics ..... Making An Extended Test ....

After making all the tests you recommended me, i Found Bad Sectors That May Be Repairable and after clicking repair , (Bad Sectors Were Repaired).

I Will Check my Laptop Now and if anythings comes again i will write you.

One Question...

After repairing the bad sectors will they appear again or are they going to come back???
Do you recommend me buy another HDD So i wont have any problems again???

Thank you very much for your quick and helpfull support

Do the following standard diagnostic steps:

A. Scan for viruses.

B. Run Memtest on your RAM.

1. Go to Mem......and download the latest ISO version. It is free and perfectly safe.

2. Burn to a CD.

3. Place CD in your drive and reboot with CD in drive. (You might have to place your drive as first bootable in your BIOS) The test will take over.

4. Let it run for a LONG time. The rule is a minimum of 7 Passes. There are 8 individual tests per Pass. Many people will start this test before going to bed and check it the next day.

5. If you have errors you have corrupted memory and it needs to be replaced.

6. Also, with errors you need to run this test per stick of RAM. Take out one and run the test. Then take that one out and put the other in and run the test. If you start getting errors before 7 Passes you know that stick is corrupted and you don’t need to run the test any further on that stick.

C. Run ChkDsk

D. Run a full harddrive diagnostics by using the fee utility that your harddrive manufacturer provides. you can get it off their website.

Ok lets get to the point now , after i changed my HDD i thought that everything would be perfect but this wasnt the problem after all!

My laptop gets stuck 7-8 Seconds(Freezes) 2-3 times per day and then retuns to normal state. I Dont have any BSOD any more but its getting up to my nervs.

Replace your laptops memory anyway... Memtest86 is not perfect. It might be a good time to max out the laptops memory too
